Overview
Blood lily, scientific name Scadoxus multiflorus, is a real flower that only blooms during rainy months following a dry season. This conditional and infrequent blooming makes it a rare sight even when it is present in the environment, as the right conditions need to be met before the flower appears at all. Its name and appearance make it one of the more striking flora entries in the game. When it does bloom, it stands out clearly against the surrounding environment, which is fitting for a plant that goes to such lengths before showing itself.
