This Privacy Policy explains how Rayadillo Mobile ("Game") handles user information. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Data the Developer Directly Collects

The Developer of Rayadillo Mobile does NOT directly collect, store, sell, rent, or share personally identifiable information from users through the Game's own systems.

The Game does NOT require its own account creation and does NOT directly collect information such as:

Names
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Home addresses
Payment card information
Government-issued identification
Photos, contacts, messages, or files

The Game is designed primarily as an offline single-player experience. However, the Game does integrate an optional third-party service, Google Play Games Services, described in Section 2 below, which involves data handling by Google.

2. Google Play Games Services

Rayadillo Mobile integrates Google Play Games Services to provide optional features such as achievements, leaderboards, and cloud sign-in. This integration is subject to Google's own data practices, separate from the Developer's.

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games Services, Google may collect and process the following on Google's servers:

Your Google Account ID
Public profile information (display name and avatar) associated with your Google Play Games profile
Achievement progress and leaderboard scores submitted by the Game
Sign-in and authentication status

This data is collected and controlled by Google, not the Developer. The Developer only receives and stores the minimum information needed to display your achievements, leaderboard scores, and sign-in state within the Game itself, and does not independently sell or share this information.

Signing in with Google Play Games Services is optional. If you decline or skip sign-in, the Game continues to function as a local, offline single-player experience, and this data is not collected.

Google Play Games Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Please review this directly for full detail on how Google handles this data.

3. Local Save Data

Rayadillo Mobile stores gameplay-related save data locally on your device for normal gameplay functionality.

This local save data may include:

Game progress
Settings and preferences
In-game state information
Save files related to gameplay systems

This data remains stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Developer. If you sign in with Google Play Games Services, certain gameplay data such as achievements and leaderboard scores, as described in Section 2, may additionally sync to your Google Play Games profile.

4. Device Time and System Functions

The Game may access certain device system functions strictly for gameplay or technical purposes. Examples include:

Reading device date and time for in-game clocks, flower blooming systems, timed events, or similar gameplay mechanics
Opening external links through your device browser when requested by the user
Standard system calls necessary for application operation, including exiting or closing the Game

These functions do not involve the collection or transmission of personal information to the Developer.

5. Third-Party Services and Platform Providers

Rayadillo Mobile may be distributed through, or integrate with, third-party platforms and services such as:

Google Play Store and Google Play Games Services
Apple App Store
Steam

These platform providers may independently collect, process, or store information under their own privacy policies and terms. Examples may include:

Payment processing
Purchase verification
Account sign-in, achievements, and leaderboards (Google Play Games Services, see Section 2)
Device identifiers
Download statistics
Platform analytics
Crash diagnostics handled by the platform provider

The Developer does not control how third-party platform providers collect or process data. Users should review the privacy policies of the relevant platform providers directly.

6. No Advertising or Behavioral Tracking

Rayadillo Mobile does not intentionally include:

Third-party advertising networks
Behavioral advertising systems
User profiling systems
Personalized advertising

The Developer does not intentionally track users across apps, websites, or services for advertising purposes. Google Play Games Services sign-in, described in Section 2, is used solely to provide gameplay features such as achievements and leaderboards, not for advertising or cross-app tracking by the Developer.

7. Data Security

Because the Developer does not directly collect or store most personal user data through the Game, the amount of personal information handled directly by the Developer is minimal. Data collected via Google Play Games Services is secured under Google's own infrastructure and security practices. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the security and integrity of the Game and its distributed files.

8. Children's Privacy

Rayadillo Mobile is not directed toward children under the age of 16. The Game contains mature themes including violence, blood, gore, war, supernatural horror, and psychologically intense content. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Google Play Games Services sign-in is also subject to Google's own age requirements and policies.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. For material changes, reasonable efforts may be made to notify users through the Game's official distribution page or other official channels. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
